Next-Level Collaboration: SharePoint Online, Teams, and D365 as an Integrated Digital Workplace
ORBIS Solutions: WorkspaceHub
Sectors: Non sector-specific
Processes: IT
Duration of webinar: approx. 60 minutes
In many companies, the digital workplace has evolved over time: teams are created manually, content is scattered, structures vary by department, and important information gets lost in the day-to-day routine. As a result, employees spend time searching for information, processes are inconsistent, and collaboration becomes unnecessarily complicated.
In our webinar, we’ll show you how to implement collaboration in the digital workplace in a consistent, structured, and automated way – from opportunities in CRM through Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online to the full lifecycle with Microsoft 365. Learn from our practical use cases how to create order with clear governance, simplify processes, and take collaboration to a new level in a sustainable way.
An Overview of the Use Cases
1. The native Digital Workplace
SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams form the foundation of the digital workplace. In our first use case, we’ll show you how to effectively set up and use workspaces, and how to seamlessly integrate other productivity tools from the Microsoft 365 environment – such as Loop, Forms, and Lists. Content is developed collaboratively within context, information is captured in a structured manner, and workflows are supported right where daily collaboration takes place. This creates a flexible workspace that is tailored to users’ actual workflows rather than to individual tools.
2. The tidy Digital Workplace
Unstructured team and project setups quickly lead to disorganization and a lack of transparency. In our second use case, we provide insights into a cross-tool workspace with synchronized data across CRM, Teams, and SharePoint. With the help of our ORBIS WorkspaceHub, the entire lifecycle of a workspace is mapped – rom the initial opportunity in CRM through provisioning and use to archiving. It supports the consistent creation and management of workspaces and, with a certain level of governance maturity, enables long-term success in using these tools.
Live Demo of Use Cases
Through an interactive live demo, we’ll show you in a practical way how digital workspaces are automatically provisioned and how an integrated digital workplace with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 works. Through an end-to-end scenario, you’ll see how structures are created, how users work in their day-to-day operations, and what role governance and automation play.
