Change in management board of ORBIS SE as of 01.01.2026
ORBIS SE announces that Mr. Michael Jung, member of the Management Board of ORBIS SE and one of the first employees of ORBIS SE, will retire at the end of the year. After many years of dedicated service to the further development and success of the company, Mr. Jung will be stepping down from active professional life on December 31, 2025.
The Supervisory Board and the entire company would like to thank Mr. Jung for his outstanding achievements and his significant contribution to shaping the strategic direction of ORBIS SE.
His successor has already been appointed: Mr. Damien Schirrer will take over the position on the Executive Board on January 1, 2026. Mr. Schirrer brings with him extensive experience from his many years as managing director at ORBIS France and as head of the SAP Business Process Solutions division, and will continue the successful development of ORBIS SE. Mr. Schirrer has held management positions within the group for many years, most recently as managing director of ORBIS France SAS.
