Learn from the community and turn data-driven solutions into reality

Data is everywhere – but where does it truly make a difference in the automotive industry?

The Future Lab Automotive brings together people who want to move beyond ideas and implement data-driven solutions. In three interactive sessions, we share real examples from practice: automated offers, intelligent pricing, efficient claims management, and more.

Learn from others, benefit from open exchange, and discover new potential together. We identify specific opportunities for improvement and develop a clear plan for implementing your data-driven initiatives.

The outcome is not just a concept, but a concrete roadmap, clearly defined success metrics, and results ready to be piloted. No theory, no unnecessary complexity – just real impact.

Session 1 – Remote: Envisioning and selecting the use case

What really works – and how quickly?

In this compact kick-off session on November 19, 2025, you will spend two hours working with other participants to develop a vision for the future of your field.

You will see exciting examples, gather ideas, and prioritize two to three specific automotive use cases that will have a rapid impact – with a focus on business value and feasibility.

Use case examples:

  • China Speed per Opportunity: Quotes in days instead of weeks – AI-powered, automated quote creation and fast internal coordination.
  • Catena-X Readiness: Real-time supply chain data and compliance directly in CRM – for faster, safer decisions.
  • Pricing & Claim Optimization: Lessons learned by data. Analyze and utilize your CRM data from quotes and claims to hit the best price and realize the maximum compensations.
  • Digital Twin of the Customer: Predictive customer profiles and behavioral simulation for better negotiation strategies.

Session 2 – On site: Target vision, solution outline, 90-day plan

From idea to implementation – together, concrete and clear.

In this live workshop on December 4, 2025, you will spend approximately four to six hours defining a clear target vision for each selected use case, outlining a simple solution, and identifying the necessary data packages. You will then create a pragmatic implementation plan with a schedule, responsibilities, and clear metrics.

Examples of assistants:

  • Opportunity Assistant: Quote in a day / Quote in a week approach balancing speed and compliance.
  • Catena-X Connector: Automates data exchange and checks compliance.
  • Pricing and Claim Advisor: Provides price suggestions and benchmarks based on historical data. Analyzes claims, suggests optimal approaches, and documents results.
  • Customer Twin: Simulates customer reactions and recommends next steps.

Session 3 – Remote: Fine-tuning, commit, pilot launch

Final touches – and then you are ready to go.

In the pilot session on January 14, 2026, you will spend two hours checking whether the goals, measures, and key figures fit together, clarifying final responsibilities, and setting the start date for the first pilots.

With a clean checklist and a clear reporting rhythm, you are ready to go.
